Split Input Module

CO5-SPL

Unlike an inline input module, the split input channel has only one signal chain. While the CO5-L line input module does not include a routing bus amp and a mic preamp, the split input channel has a more extensive feature set that makes possible to use the device as input channel and group master channel as well. Four inputs can be selected; mic, line, tape and group. Group selects the internal routing bus amp as input source. The processing section includes sweeped high-pass and low-pass filter, a switched insert, and a 4-band EQ with 2 fully parametric mid bands. In addition, a noise gate can be installed optionally. The controls are always included; however, the circuitry of the gate is a plug-in board. The main fader is automated, all necessary additional control like Solo, PFL, CUT and peak-present indicator are included. In addition to the 6 mono aux send and the stereo cue send a separate Extension send makes possible to use the routing matrix for additional aux sends. All sends have separate pre post switches.
