The CO5-D2 Inline Input Module is the flagship module of the Series C. It combines input and fader section, filters, insert and EQ of the CO5-C with an additional, very effectivce compressor expander, dynamics section that can be assigned either to the tape or record chain. The dynamics section uses the same circuitry that is used for ADT Broadcast Line of Consoles and the Series D large format consoles. The TAPE and REC, signal chains are totally independed. Each processing setion has a separate REC switch. The REC input can used as a second, independent input that feeds the stereo bus. The 4-Band EQ with 3 fully parametric bands is the same, effective version that is used with the CO5-C.There are 6 mono auxilliaires and a stereo cue send. In addition, aux 6 can be used to build floating aux sends with the routing system. The fader section uses a 100 mm main fader and a 60 mm short fader. Both fader sections are automated and have their own Solo, PFL, Cut and peak present indicators.
